Alan has gained vast experience in Criminal Defence and Professional Misconduct both in London and the North West. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and specialises in representing police officers on criminal and/or disciplinary matters, Post Incident Procedures and Inquests. Alan also represents individuals on privately funded criminal matters.

Successfully represented retired police officers in IOPC investigation regarding alleged corruption in murder enquiry dating back to the 1970s

Successfully represented police officer in allegation of Misconduct in Public Office where main prosecution witness was an Undercover police officer. The prosecution heavily relied on CCTV and audio evidence
