Wills & Probate Solicitor Required

Holidays: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank and other public holidays
Salary: Competitive salary in line with experience. Other benefits also available subject to satisfactory completion of a 3 month probationary period.
Location: Loughborough (we also have a flexible working policy in place)
Contract: Full time/Permanent although a part time position would be considered for the right applicant.

The Role

Experienced Wills and Probate solicitor  required to join the private client department with an understanding of all areas of Wills, Estate Administration and Elderly Client issues including LPA’s and Court of Protection. 

Successful candidate should be at least 3 years PQE with prior experience of managing own caseload.  Should be STEP qualified (or willing to work towards) and preferably member of Solicitors for the Elderly.  The successful candidate should be ambitious, with strong work ethic, an excellent communicator and be able to work individually and part of a team.
