Maddison joined Straw & Pearce in 2025 as a paralegal in the Family department, where she specialises in Child Care. In her role she provides both legal and administrative support to senior members of the team by managing initial client enquiries and coordinating communication with courts, experts and witnesses.

In her role, Maddison works mostly with parents and enjoys being able to help people and provide support during challenging times. She appreciates being able to ensure that everything runs smoothly for her clients and make a difference to their lives.
