Joanne joined Straw & Pearce in 1978 straight from school. She was initially employed as Office Junior and then went on to become Secretary to the Senior Partner.

She left the firm after 17 years and then returned in 2000 and has been working at Straw & Peace ever since. 

In her role, Joanne specialises in divorce, invoicing and following procedures and enjoys how varied her work is. She spends time assisting the family solicitors in their day to day caseload, including preparing and dealing with divorce proceedings, and raises private client invoices as well as doing general office admin.
