Department: Conveyancing

Jaiker joined Straw & Pearce in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Family department before commencing his training contract in August 2024. As a Trainee Solicitor, he has gained experience and undertaken seats in the Crime department and is currently in the Conveyancing department.

He is an accredited Police Station Representative, having successfully completed the Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme with Cardiff University. This enables him to advise and represent suspects during police interviews. Jaiker regularly attends the police station to provide legal advice to clients as he continues to participate in the firm’s out-of-hours rota. Jaiker has gained experience dealing with a wide range of offences.

Since moving to the Conveyancing department in June 2025, Jaiker has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and more. He also assists solicitors in managing their files and ensuring matters progress smoothly.

In his role at Straw & Pearce, Jaiker works with a diverse range of clients and enjoys the varied and dynamic nature of his work. Whilst in training, he is passionate about developing his expertise across multiple areas of law. He is committed to delivering a high standard of client care and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for every client.
