Hayley is a Litigation Executive at Straw & Pearce and specialises in the representation of police officers. She advises officers in criminal investigations brought by the IOPC and Anti-Corruption Department as well as assists with disciplinary matters, post-incident procedures and coronial proceedings. Hayley has also successfully defended a judicial review. 

Hayley has over 20 years experience in dealing with all aspects of criminal defence work and has represented clients from the initial investigation stage right through to the Crown Court. She has represented clients accused of the most serious of allegations including murder, serious sexual offences, high value fraud and money laundering.
