Clair worked for a number of firms in Leicester before joining Straw & Pearce in 2022, where she works in the Criminal Department. 

She attends the Police Station to advise and assist clients in custody and prepares cases held before the Crown Court. Clair deals with cases involving sexual offences, controlling behaviour and allegations relating to domestic offences as well as cases that involve serious violence. 

Clair often works with vulnerable clients and those who suffer with mental health issues. Many of her clients have never been before the Court system before and she enjoys being able to help those who are going through tough times.

Clair became an accredited Police Station representative in 2007.
