Nicky joined Straw and Pearce in July 2024 to work in the commercial property department having completed his Law (LLB) degree at De Montfort University and gained property experience in another firm.

As a Paralegal, Nicky assists with the legal side of buying, selling and leasing commercial properties. His daily work includes assisting with drafting contracts and leases, reviewing titles and searches, keeping everything on track for completion and staying in touch with clients, agents, solicitors and other third parties. 

He enjoys learning about different transactions and seeing them have a real world impact. Nicky also likes facing the different challenges he encounters each day and trying to find the best solutions to them, as well as the friendly environment at Straw & Pearce.
