Straw & Pearce achieves Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation
28th November, David Partridge
We are delighted to announce to our clients and business partners that Straw & Pearce is one of the first firms locally to be awarded accreditation under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme. The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is a new quality standard set up by the Law Society to establish a high level of credibility with clients, lenders, regulators and insurers. The scheme focuses on
- The integrity of partners and staff dealing with property transactions
- Adherence to good practice management
- Adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures
- Robust monitoring and enforcement
Commenting on the firm’s success David Partridge, the partner responsible for conveyancing at Straw and Pearce, stated “It is a tribute to our staff and to the procedures that we had in place already that Straw and Pearce was able to gain accreditation to this scheme so soon after its inception. It remains our intention to continue to maintain or exceed the standards laid down by the scheme.”
