Jaiker Chauhan

Jaiker joined Straw & Pearce in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Child Care Family department.

Before joining Straw & Pearce, Jaiker recently graduated with a First Class Honours LLB Law Degree from the University of Essex.

Jaiker has completed various work experience placements in a range of areas of Law, from Company/ Commercial to Crime and Property. Jaiker’s work experience placements have been at reputable firms such as KPMG and St Ives Chambers.

Since starting Straw & Pearce, Jaiker has gained experience by representing parents at Pre-Proceedings meetings, Case Conferences and has also assisted in cases where Straw & Pearce represent various Local Authorities and Children Guardian’s. Jaiker offers a high level of client care; where clients have spoken very highly of him and he aims to ensure that clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Alongside his employment, Jaiker is currently reading the Legal Practice Course (Part-Time) at the University of Law, Birmingham with the goal to qualify as a Solicitor.
