Coronavirus Important Information

We have launched a fully integrated online service during this period of uncertainty and worry for us all. 
This means that the doors of our three offices are now closed.  Please contact us by telephone as normal, and email on if you do not have the email or telephone number of the person dealing with your case.
For new clients – we will need you to agree to scan  a picture of yourself holding your ID,  with the details of the ID visible and a separate picture of your passport/driving licence or utility bills.   This will serve as a temporary permission until we are in a position to take originals from you in the coming weeks. 
When you call, you will not notice any change to the service you receive and our staff are working hard remotely to continue to help you. We have video and telephone conferencing options to ensure that we can continue to serve you.
