Head of Department Required - Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive

Straw and Pearce Solicitors have a very busy conveyancing department receiving a substantial number of new, private paying instructions each month.

 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join our team as head of residential property. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from beginning to end and with considerable experience in freehold, leasehold, unregistered conveyancing, new build work and potentially small scale development work. You will be responsible to the head of the property department and, in addition to residential conveyancing work, duties will include lender panel management, CQS applications, the distribution of work and the management and general supervision of the residential property team. With at least 5 years PQE and experience of managing a small team, the right candidate will be able to progress their career quickly, in addition to dealing with high quality, conveyancing work
