Conveyancer Required

Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Holidays: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank and other public holidays
Salary: Up to £40,000 pa dependent on experience plus bonus scheme
Location: Loughborough (we have a flexible working policy in place)
Contract: Full or Part time/ Permanent

Straw and Pearce Solicitors have a busy conveyancing department receiving a substantial number of new instructions each month.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from beginning to end and with experience in freehold, leasehold, unregistered conveyancing, new build work and potentially small scale development work. You will be responsible to the head of the property department. With at least 2 years PQE, the right candidate will be able to progress their career quickly, in addition to dealing with high quality, conveyancing work
