Julie is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is head of our Wills and Probate Department and advises on the drafting of wills and inheritance tax planning. Julie has extensive experience of dealing with the administration of estates and trusts and the complex issues that arise on death. She also specialises in advising the elderly, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
