David is head of our Property and Commercial Department and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial property transactions. David acts for many Landlord and Tenant clients and advises on the grant and renewal of leases and the complex law in this area. He advises on the selling and buying of businesses, company law and partnership matters. He also prepares commercial contracts including Terms and Conditions.
