Rob is the Senior Partner and Head of the Family & Childcare Department. He has substantial experience in all forms of litigation. He specialises in family and childcare work and deals with injunctions, property and financial matters on the breakdown of relationships and every type of proceeding relating to children.
Rob undertakes both privately and publicly funded work. He has been a Member of the Law Society’s Specialist Children Panel since its inception.
Rob sits as a Deputy District Judge in Family and Civil proceedings inthe County Court.
Rob originates from Nottingham and has been a season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest through thick and thin.
