About Philip Pheasey
Prior to establishing Joining Straw and Pearce Philip ran his own practice specializing in the provision of legal services to small to medium size enterprises.
Philip has developed a thorough knowledge of corporate, commercial and civil law and the Civil Procedure Rules. He also advises regularly on employment law and procedure, insolvency law and practice. Philip has dealt with include corporate take overs, freezing injunctions and tribunal claims with a value in excess of £1million.
As a Solicitor-Advocate Philip is one of the few solicitors to have the same rights of audience enjoyed by a Barrister.
